Students who apply for placements and are shortlisted must:

Students may withdraw from a placement process after applying by informing the Interview Coordinator in advance.
If a student chooses to withdraw acceptance of a job offer at any stage before the conclusion of the academic session (although discouraged), they must:

The institute will not be responsible for any changes in company policies after campus placements, including location allocations or role modifications.
The institute does not interfere with company policies and allows recruiters to conduct their selection procedures according to their own guidelines and requirements.

Requests for printouts and photocopies during placement activities will be entertained only on a chargeable basis as per institute policy.
Students must maintain cordial and respectful behaviour with recruiters at all times. Recruiters should be treated as valued guests of the institute.
Any conflict or misconduct may create a negative impression on the institute and its students.
Only students who have cleared all semester fee dues will be permitted to participate in campus placements and subsequent recruitment rounds.
For subject-specific queries, students are advised to consult third-year faculty members or other subject experts.
Any disputes or issues arising during the placement process will be resolved by the Principal / Head of Department (HoD). Their decision shall be final and binding.
