In his industry tenure, Mr. Banta worked with Royal Caribbean International, USA, holding onboard management positions. He underwent various training programs, earning certifications in Safety on Board and USPH (United States Public Health) Standards. He was also awarded the Certified Hospitality Supervisor (C.H.S.) certificate by the American Hotel and Lodging Association, USA.

As an educator, Mr. Banta has been imparting teaching and training since 2011. He has participated in various workshops, including the Direct Trainers Skills (D.T.S.) Course conducted by the Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India. He is a Certified Learning Facilitator (CLF) by NCHMCT, Noida.
